The Return Policy of Ripstopbytheroll.com is as follows:

• Returns for a refund are accepted for 60 days from the day you receive your order.
• The customer is solely responsible for return shipping fees.
• Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for cut yardage and components.
• Returns of full rolls will be subject to a $25 restocking fee per roll.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable on returned orders.
• The item must be returned 100% unused, in new condition.
• The customer must incur all costs associated with shipping back to them.
• If you received the wrong item in error, they will pay for shipping both ways and make it right with you.
• Sales on Print on Demand items (Fabric, webbing, kits, etc.) are final. Returns on these items will not be accepted.
